Retail Sales Agreement What Can I Do About A Friend Who Stopped Making Payments On A Motorcycle?

What can I do about a friend who stopped making payments on a motorcycle? - retail sales agreement

I am a little complicated in a situation. A year ago, a friend (old) of mine decided she wanted to buy my dirt bike, under certain conditions. A little history: The bike was purchased under an agreement for retail payments from me. The (informal) agreement between friend and I had to (pay the monthly payments to about 1 years left on loan) and at maturity, would receive the title of the bicycle. We have signed an agreement to improvise, so they signed anything, but I can not entirely without obligation. But at the same time, I'm not at all worried. In any case, until now the account is long, and now passed to the collections. Some questions: 1) What should I do with the balance of the loan, 2) I have a deed, and the company has not attempted ADOPTION motorcycle, I will be able to sell, do, 3), which could / should at to do (former) friend help legally / financially?

What the hell you make payments on a dirt bike? And then sublet to another person in a handshake?

If no agreements are signed, and the third, you should be able to bring him to justice certified notary.

But as for the original debt we owe.

Hello, I'm no expert, but here goes, the original financing agreement was with you. It is illegal to sell the bike on the whil'st agreement is in force. Not your fault to your friends. You do not sell title. Take back the wheel. Market and make a solution to offer finance for small businesses.

First you should have the wheel, even if you have to fly. Ask if you can for a spin. If your friend goes to the police must prove it is to sell the bike. (Dirt bikes registered? I thought that if they are) on racing bicycles. Legally, you signed to pay the balance of the loan, as the agreement. Then you can sell (but not) a friend. As for your friend who can bring to the court, but not valid and can take years to sort and legal fees cost more than what the motorcycle was worth it. Just do it for moral reasons. Unfortunately, you have to use it.
