I am a resident of New Jersey.
I live in Bergen County
and I live in the same trend for 4 years.
was not new carpet was very old
When we moved in
and was 4 years and the owner never
be cleaned or replaced.
after my family and I devloper asthma.
Is it possible to ask our guests
replace the carpet? Is there a law that says something about the carpet by the owner needs to be replaced or cleaned regularly?
